LEKATJE POWER OPTIMIZER

DISTORTED SIZE OR SHAPE
If upon receipt, the Lekatje Power Optimizer is found to have a distorted size or shape due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, you may request a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchased. Please contact our customer support team with photographic evidence of the issue for assistance.

EFFECTIVENESS CONCERNS
In the event that Lekatje Power Optimizer does not effectively reduce power consumption after three months of application as specified, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. To initiate the return process, please provide documented evidence of the issue, including before-and-after energy consumption data, to our customer support team within 7 days of the end of the three-month period.

GENERAL RETURNS
For all other return inquiries not covered by the above conditions, such as change of mind or incorrect purchase, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt to request a return authorization. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging and return shipping fees may apply.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 5-7 days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
